Welcome to Love Language ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship biodegradable confetti cannons via standard post (road transport) only, due to shipping regulations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider, and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other postal services.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to regulations, we are unable to ship confetti cannons internationally. We are only able to fulfill domestic orders within Australia at this time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products, except for confetti cannons, which are final sale. Due to shipping regulations, we do not accept exchanges or returns on confetti cannons.

If you need to exchange an eligible product, please note that shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s cost. To ensure your exchange is safely returned, we highly recommend using trackable shipping.

If a product is out of stock, please reach out to us, and we can organise a pre-order for you and confirm an estimated delivery timeline — hello@lovelanguage.com.au

Postal Address

Please double-check your postal address before finalising your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reposting fee will apply to resend the parcel.

2. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please be sure of your purchase before finalising your order. We highly recommend reviewing the product details carefully to ensure that the items you're purchasing are exactly what you need.

3. Faulty Goods

We will provide a refund for goods that are proven to be faulty upon arrival. If you receive faulty products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the fault before we proceed with a refund.

Please allow 3-5 for a full refund to appear back in your account once processed.

4. Use Warning

By purchasing our biodegradable confetti cannons, you acknowledge and agree to the following use warnings:

  • Pressurised Dispenser: Always point upwards, away from your face and body. Never aim directly at another person.

  • For Outdoor Use Only: Confetti cannons should be used outdoors to avoid any risk of indoor damage.

  • Confetti Dissolution: The confetti is biodegradable and will dissolve when it comes into contact with water.

  • Range: The cannon shoots confetti up to 3-5 metres.

  • Angle: Select an angle that suits the surrounding conditions for safe operation.

  • Handle with Care: Do not throw or drop the cannon.

  • Storage: Do not store the cannon near a source of heat or in direct sunlight.

  • Adult Use Only: This product is intended for adult use only. Always supervise its use.

  • Use at Your Own Risk: By using the product, you agree to do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from misuse.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur from the improper use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Love Language is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content provided on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any third-party links or websites that may be found on our website. These links are provided for your convenience, but we do not endorse or have control over their content.

6. Marriage Celebrant and Vow Coaching Services

In addition to our product offerings, we also provide marriage celebrant services and vow coaching. These services are subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

9. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Purchase Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete purchase information.
