Rundown of the process

Approve proposal
Once you’ve accepted the proposal, you’ll need to sign the service agreement and pay a 50% deposit to secure your date.

Access to the Couple’s Portal
You will then receive an email containing an information form used to prepare your marriage paperwork, along with a password to access the Couple’s Portal, where you’ll find wedding resources and the Couple’s Questionnaire to complete and return.

The catch-up
Approximately 3 months out from your date we meet in person to finalise the legal docs, you will need to bring along ID docs (birth certificates, driver licences, passports, etc).
We start to plan your ceremony. -

Finishing touches
I guide you both through the vow-writing process. We finalise ceremony details and timings, prep any guests with special roles (music person, readings/blessings, ring bearer), and I prepare your certificates.

The big day!
All the hard work at your end is done. You just take in the moment as I guide you through the ceremony of your dreams.

Post ceremony
I register your marriage with the state’s Births, Deaths and Marriages. Your official government-issued Marriage Certificate is delivered via registered post.
